Aaron Ellig from Richland is just past the 1000 mile mark on his quest to trek from the Mexican border to Canada on the Pacific Crest Trail.

He is near Lake Tahoe and seems a little distressed that he still has about 1600 miles to go. His sights and experiences along the way are magnificent.

Beautiful Sights
He recently passed Half Dome and beautiful waterfalls. Aaron is surviving mosquitoes and has an aggressive plan to average 25 miles a day! He recently did a 32 mile day and says he felt like he would fall over! Lake Tahoe is expected to be a resupply stop as he continues on his journey.
