This 176 page book from The Mountaineers has a good selection of mostly day hikes with some overnight/backpacking trips as well. Each hike listed has length, high point, elevation gain but is missing a difficulty rating, which can make it a challenge to pick an appropriate choice for your hiking level.
Areas covered in Central Washington include Southern State. This area includes the Columbia Basin area with Two Sisters Rocks, Juniper Dunes, Tucannon River, Palouse Falls and more.
