It’s only been a few days since I was on the Badger Mountain Canyon Trail but I was amazed at the quick repair work done since the big downpour flushed through the Tri-Cities.
The heavy rain left several ruts in the trail but as I was hustling up the trail today (22 minutes to the top), I suddenly noticed the ruts were all filled in!
I assume some of the Friends of Badger were to thank, way to go, guys and gals! It was very pleasant not having to look down at the trail to avoid a twisted ankle and being able to look at the sights and MANY flowers that line the Canyon Trail! You can see the differerences in the before and after pictures below.
