I had some friends who hadn’t been up Badger Mountain before so I invited their family to join our family on a hike to the top.

Last evening was a little wet with scattered showers but it held off pretty nicely for our ascent.
There were 11 of us in all and we all made it to the top on the Canyon Trail.
We had some fun at the top with an orienteering treasure hunt.
Some of the youngsters got a kick out of learning to use a compass, others tagged along with the group. The “Family Night” activity seemed to be fun for all,
